Mobile ATM Hire

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves and our unique innovative mobile ATM solutions. We supply Mobile ATM’s to large events for your visitors to obtain cash at their discretion. This service provides a winning solution to both parties.

Research shows that individuals prefer to interact with an ATM terminal rather than to interact with a maned EFPOS terminal. Our solution also provides minimum queuing activity which enlightens the individuals experience at your event.

The cost of the Mobile ATM Unit is paid by the card holder not the event. Conditions of placement are power (normal 240 volt), a prominent easy access position & on-site security to recognize the placement of the Mobile unit. In larger events we like to monitor the equipment with an on-site staff member. There is a 1300 number clearly positioned on each terminal (1300 ATM HELP).

Bump in/ installation - the Bump in is usually scheduled the day before the event. We may require the help of a forklift and driver to square the ATM unit up.

Cash Loading – all cash is provided by Complete ATM Services and is the sole responsibility of Complete ATM Services. The event/organiser is not in any way responsible for the cash supplied or any disputes.

The cash is delivered and installed usually several hours prior to gate opening time. The removal of cash usually occurs one hour after closure. The cash float will be based upon previous similar events, with a margin of extra expectation of usage from the previous similar event. This is negotiated by the organiser and Complete ATM Services.

Complete ATM Services has a provision of 10 million dollars public liability.

ATM card holder fee is set at $3 per transaction with a maximum of $300 withdrawals per transaction.
